I am a Native of Madagascar, an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am married to Toky and have four children (Three daughters and one son). Our family has been back in our home country since January 2020 as indigenous missionaries, having completed a MDiv and a Ph.D. in Missiology and World Christian Studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. As soon as we landed our boots on the ground in Fort Dauphin, Madagascar, my wife and I started the organization called Shema Madagascar Ministries, an indigenous ministry focusing on training servant leaders of Jesus Christ through Biblical teaching for local and Global mission and discipleship.
Through Shema Madagascar Ministries, First Baptist Church of Fort Dauphin was planted in February 2020, and Shema Christian Academy school had its first academic year in 2020-2021. I also am currently a lecturer and the pioneer of the Fort Dauphin Baptist Theological Bible School, running conferences and Seminar to train Pastors and Church Leaders who have a lesser educational background and hope to take them to the next level to be able to attend the first year of the college student in the Baptist Seminary of Madagascar.

I am blessed to be married to Hary and to be the father of two wonderful children, Arielle and Lohan.

I am blessed to be married to Hary and to be the father of two wonderful children, Arielle and Lohan.
I have a heart to serve the Lord by helping missionaries adopt a practical integration into their local environment, and by providing organizational support to entities in the field. I am currently active through a missionary organization, Action - Mission - Tents, working among the people of northern Madagascar on church planting and disciple making, while being an information systems and business consultant within a business consulting company in Antananarivo.
I am deeply convinced that skills acquired in the secular world are parts of gifts given to us to be used in God’s call to serve Him and His people

I initially trained as a dual-purpose merchant marine officer before being called by the Lord into the ministry. After completing my MDiv at The Master’s Seminary in California, USA, in 2017, I was sent to be an indigenous missionary in my own country of Madagascar. I founded Madagascar 3M (Preacher, Shepherd, Slave), a ministry endeavoring to identify, train and equip the next generation of church leaders in Madagascar in collaboration with existing structures. I then completed my Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching at The Master’s Seminary, California, in May of 2022. I also am a pastor and elder at Ankadivato Biblical Baptist Church in Antananarivo. I enjoy basketball, reading and spending time with my wife Lily. We are blessed with five children.

I am a pastor in one of the local church in Windhoek, Namibia. I am of mixed heritage, a Namibian Kenyan representing these two beautiful countries. I am married to my wonderful wife Jennifer, who is also Namibian. Her faith was most influenced by missions she was able to be part of and she was greatly moved by God setting people free from chains of bondage. I have been serving in ministry for 16 years and have witnessed the transforming power of our Lord Jesus Christ. I live in our capital city and I come into contact with a diverse mix of people from all over Namibia and amongst all them all I see the deep need that every person has for Jesus. I desire to see Africa become a missionary sending machine. I want to see the African church own the privilege of sending missionaries not only to African but also to the rest the world. Now is the time for God’s church in Africa to answer the call to missions.

Our Philosophy of Ministry is to equip the diverse Church in Africa to fulfill its mission and purpose in making disciples of all nations. This involves training local churches to identify, send and support local and global missions.

AoM prioritizes collaboration with African churches and Christian companies but is open to collaborate with other companies adhering to AoM’s vision, mission statement and ministry philosophy.

AoM defines Mission as . . . every task involved in proclaiming the gospel to those who have not yet heard it, in order to establish churches that will carry on the mission by reaching their culture, teaching others, and sending out missionaries.

Missionary, we define as . . . someone called by God and sent by the church to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ crossing cultural or geographical boundaries, making disciples of every culture, tribe, language and nation.

AoM will deal with churches and missionaries on a case-by-case basis and will match training with field and term of service. However, AOM will initially target training church planters and mobilizing indigenous ministry.
